Anybody here ever practiced the Wim Hof Method?

So far I’ve been able to get the breath work down, just not cold exposure 🥶

Because you body doesn't need to get exposed to extreme cold..

Start slow and work up. When you're done in the shower, turn it to cold and count to 3 before you turn it off. Next day, count to 5. Keep going a little longer every day.

The goal is for you to be in charge, not your body. Don't let your lizard brain's freakout force you out of the cold.
