It's a very odd story. The woman is from a very very well to do family here in the UK, he, is actually from America, he was convicted of rape over there, when he was only 14. Unsurprisingly, her family did not approve of the relationship! They have 4 other children who are all in care. There was a big man hunt for them when she had her 5th child as she didn't want that one taken off her. They were living in tents and under bridges, then they were found, along with the deceased child. A very sad tale☹️. Seems like a very crazy relationship dynamic they share!
