I made two changes in the app from strength/full body to muscle gain/ppl. However, it’s kicking my butt. I may from advanced to medium if this keeps up for a bit.

Keep doing your best!! You’ll reach equilibrium. But of course if you find yourself in over exertion too regularly, dial it back. Do you stretch post workouts?

I don’t, usually on a time crunch. My recovery routine is severely lacking.
