He's trying to reclassify math as a weapon, this is a giant step backwards. Not too long ago sharing encryption schemes online was classified as international arms dealing. Do not trust his agenda. Math is speech, we have had this fight already.

I believe he is more implying that economic warfare could be waged with a positive net result through Bitcoin. His ideas he purveys are not restricting the Bitcoin and its use cases.
