There is about $1.3 Trillion in annual NATO defense spending. The USA accounts $860 Billion of that or 68% of the total.

does big portion of that spend come back into US MIC and spent on US defence contractors? like other foreign defence deals (eg Israel)

It's one big circle jerk and we're all paying for it.

That's why it all needs more eyes. More scrutiny.
