Why aren’t there any obese people in Japan? 🇯🇵

The food seems to have a lot of seed oils, carbs and sugars.

But walking through the city i don’t see ANY fat people… HOW?

Probably they stop eating when they're full, unlike Americans.

No, they actually stop at 80%. They even have an expression for that (腹八分目 "hara hachibun me").
