Yes, because its not just me that will take the hit, but my divorcing spouse, who will no doubt make a stink about it in court and find more ways to take more from me.

Haha, I'm learning to lay tile tomorrow. :D

Divorce is complicated... Suffice it to say she moved out 22 months ago, and somehow that makes it ok to force me out of the home. Dont want to get into all the nitty gritty details, but between alimony, child support, paying her legal fees, and being forced to repair the home from the damages she stole the insurance claim money from...

I'm going to keep doing what I do best. I'm a maker, not a taker. So I'm going to make.

I still have lingering BS from my own divorce, so, I feel this deeply. Mine wasn't even anywhere near as complicated as yours.

You can lay tile well enough to sell the house. Certainly.

Wow. Never stops me to surprise what can happen in divorce.

Especially combining with US legal system apparently.

(We had our own, but I guess little different, issues)
