If you always watch atrocity and always engaged in toxic content. You are training your brain to see the world that way. Hence, you are always on edge, distrustful and disconnected. You become hateful, frustrated and angry.

The question then is, how is this helping your wellbeing?

Or are you aware that this is making you ill or it can shorten your life span?

Can you change the world by being negatively emotional about it?

Or do you thrive in negative content?

Does it help you and the cause you are working towards?

Simply thinking out loud. We are the product of the environment that we curate.

we are in all time high of loneliness epidemic. even numbers are not enough to show the actual situation because there are still stigma when it comes to mental health conditions. So I can only try my utmost to raise awareness.
