Replying to Avatar Sirius

Iris CPU usage is not high, but something often blocks rendering (UI stuck). Will zap 100,000 sats for finding out what causes it and another 100,000 for fixing. I need a break 😄

I can dig deeper later today, but at first glance here, it looks like the "handleFollow()" method is the heavy hitter when I load the following feed

80% of the load is coming from handleFollow() split between two places in the stack
