Marathon doing their "block art" by arranging the block transaction so that when displayed using mempool.space's format it prints that image.
Block health is 0%, which means instead of including real transactions, they just included a bunch of fake crap transactions to make sure it displayed exactly like that.
So they have a hash power and some spare change to compile an artwork.. cool.
