I did 3 things that had a distinct positive impact on my life:

1. Tune out most news

2. Disable most notifications and zero on phone.

3. Stop consuming content daily and only focus on one or two things I really care about. Occasionally I’ll peek but very limited.

#1 did long time ago and it is such a nice improvement.

Will see how to do better #2 and #3 as it seems like I have a room for improvement there.
