That's very odd; if it isn't loading it's either that it's blocked in Iran or my hosting provider is blocking the traffic since your location is based in Iran. Could you try accessing it via WiFi (VPN on and off) with airplane mode turned on or just having your data off?
I always use WiFi. I tried again but it's not working
With your data off as well? I haven't encountered the site not connecting at all before; will need to dig a bit further with this.

I should say I use Tunnel as a VPN. It works well to others websites
From digging into it a bit more, it seems like my hosting provider may block Iranian access due to U.S. sanctions. VPNs should be able to get around this though; maybe Tunnel doesn't properly mask the origin, but I'm not entirely sure.
