Well, most of these billionaires don't just have some billion amount of cash laying around, they just own companies that are super valuable.
If we said as a society, anyone who owns more than a billion dollars worth of stock has to sell it (so socialism...) eventually these entrepreneurs lose control of their companies then we all lose the benefit of that product or service.
Like who would be the better stewart of capital, the government or Jeff bezos? Who makes the lives of more people better?

The way I TRY, to carry myself (I'm Human) is:
I try my best to never lie or deceive others and I value honesty.
I do my best to take action when I see another human in need, and I have the ability to help them.
I work hard, and in both my work and my hobbies and endeavors, I always try to promote teamwork, efficiency and keep moral high.
I do my best to see the value in others, I'm very big on respect.
I think that together we can do more than apart.
Some of the things I think that are unavoidable, unfortunately are:
There will be a small fraction of just really stupid people (however I also believe that we dont give eachother enough credit and even a stupid person is smarter than I probably give them credit for)
There will be people who are inhibited and or disabled (but I do not believe they should be thrown from a cliff at birth like sparta).
There will always be people who purposefully chose to do bad things and make bad decisions, people who simply do NOT care, and people who are okay with hurting other people (sometimes with a justification, sometimes with none).
One of the big things to me, and this is a FIAT issue is...
For one person, Fiat doesnt actually exist in their world. It can even be created from nothing.
For another person, Fiat effects every aspect of their entire life. They are forced to become for all intent, a slave, forever chasing their next dollar. I dont think this is how a human should live.
Another thing is...
I do not understand the logic behind, a person who has acquired a MASSIVE amount of Fiat is NOT FORCED through death, suffering, imprisonment, starvation, etc, to PAY to "The Whole". They are rewarded with lower taxes.
While, a person who has little to NO FIAT and lives paycheck to paycheck IS FORCED through death, suffering, imprisonment, starvation, etc, to PAY to "The Whole". They are made to pay higher taxes.
If the goal is to gather Fiat, why would you ask the people who have the least to forfeit MORE, and the people who have more to forfeit LESS and sometimes, almost none?
Why is Fiat the realest thing in existence to one human being, while to another it simply does not exist.
Glorification, Demi-Gods... Influence, Power, Worship?
If a famously wealthy individual walks into a local eatery "grab a bite to eat" why is that human being rewarded for hoarding Fiat by their meal being made faster, to a higher standard, and given freely as a token of worship and acknowledgement of their wealth, while...
The human who has just finished a 12 hour shift out of a 24 hour day which requires 8 hours of rest leaving them with 4 hours of which they spend 1.5 commuting in an inefficient transport, utilizing outdated infrastructure which is in disrepair, that now has roughly 2 hours to live their life for the day because it took them 30 minutes to shower and use the restroom, asked to pay 150% more for the same food than they paid the previous year, receive the opposite of friendly service, may have to wait an illogical amount of time to receive the food, crafted and served to a lower standard, and regarded by the establishment as a pest or a nuisance while being price-gouged by a multi-million dollar conglomerate and forced to pay yet another "tax" with their Fiat that was ALREADY TAXED.
Why does voting function the way that it does?
How are we supposed to believe we are "Voting" when we are using an antiquated system at the pinnacle of human engineering and technology?
Prior to technology, it was necessary for a town's consensus to be collected by a representative, who, in a state consisting of multiple counties, whom also are represented by a figure, gather those votes, to pass that information along to yet another figure, who then brings that consensus forward into a group of figures from each "State", and so on and so forth.
There is no way for the individual to verify their vote. The potential for false representation is obvious. To add insult to injury, that total vote, doesnt even matter with the "Electoral College".
We use social security numbers to track individual citizens through from birth to death. We create multi million dollar government portals and infrastructures like ID.ME during the pandemic, which where a joke and complete waste of resources considering the raw amount of fraud...
We cant create a verifiable portal in order to poll our legal population of citizens in real time?
If you want to know how the people feel about firearms having magazines that hold more than X amount of bullets, announce a poll. Find out what the people really think and feel. Implement the desired changes in the rules.
In a world where 100 human beings hold more wealth then the entire world population, a man buys an unnecessary luxury with a fake piece of paper while on the other side of the globe a 6 year old child with a swollen stomach and exposed skeletal structure dies of starvation?
What the actual fuck is going on. Where are the human beings?
Cant we do better than a fractional reserve? We're supposed to blindly believe the "CPI"?
If an advanced civilization were to come here, they would probably look upon us in utter disgust. Surly, we can do better than this.
