Checkout turnkey Linux:

Turnkey offers a bunch of images with pre installed Foss software. Then install proxmox on your server and life's never going to be easier.

If you need to make this website accessible outside the local network, you can try to configure cloud flare tunnels which are free. All you need is a domain.

I tried NextCloud with "Decks" and the one that is integrated in Gitea. Both work, but are mediocre if you are used Jira.

As much as I try to use Nextcloud, I just end up using the Files and everything else gathers dust.

Yeah, my main use cases are smartphone backups and using shared calendars for my whole family.
