Twitter is a fiat microcosm. People will do anything for likes, which have no value. Imagine if they knew they could earn the hardest money that ever existed on nostr instead of just worthless likes.

Attention has tremendous value. Many bitcoiners on twitter are not interested in bitcoin, they are there to stack Attention thru follows/likes/etc. Once they get enough attention, they get approached and given $$$ to shill stuff.
