because learning a language is a never ending project, you're constantly learning it your whole life, and it takes about 10 years to become fluent, and even longer to get rid of the accent, and that's only if you actually sit down every night and spend time learning it. It's a massive commitment.
I feel there is more important things to do then learn a language other then your native language.
I don't really like talking to non-english speakers unless they are fluent with English because if they aren't you just end up talking basic or intermediate things. They can't talk advanced subjects. It's frustrating talking to people and you can't express yourself.
Yes, you're right. It's doesn't seem that hard but I just don't want to put the effort into learning it every night.

I think you're over-thinking it. People do this all the time.
Don't get me wrong, you're free to do things your way, but some might just find that certain doors open to them when they learn new things that were not open before... some also may find that they actually like learning.
Some people do, anyway. I applaud the effort.
I saw it on your main feed and and it didn't make sense. I thought you were on a walk again and thinking deeply about subjects and telling the world your spiritual thoughts.
