Just did this too, can recommend. Price wise you can't beat it. Amazon has a ton of them.

I got a dud on my first go (bad screen). Sent it back and got a machine that is like new!

Yeah in Canada its like Apple - always good but pricey and Apple being Apple. Or Best Buy/Staples if you want a sub-tier HP or Asus.

That's why I finally caved and got the used ThinkPad. Top of the line but from 2020. Works for my needs at least!

BestBuy and Staples are trustworthy? Do you think getting something refurbished is a good deal?

I stay away from BestBuy and Staples personally.

Used is a good deal in that you're getting a computer that is built well and at one point was top of line. Disadvantage is often the battery is heavily used.

Good thing is that with ThinkPad that can be replaced when you're ready
