There are a lot of vocal anti-Bitcoin idiots out there and typically their views are based solely on jealousy and resentment. See /r/buttcoin on Reddit, for example. Their bleak futures are inevitable and well deserved. No sympathy.

But more frequently, I encounter otherwise successful, intelligent people (sometimes VERY INTELLIGENT) who dismiss Bitcoin. Here’s a great article that explains why:
