Looks good. This is the way. I'm now about 90% #carnivore and 10% keto. So many benefits to the WOE. Since Jan 11, 2023 I've lost 20# and some inches off my waist, cm shown in the graph below. Almost got my sugar cravings kicked. Slowly but surely getting there. As an engineer I like data and making graphs 😂
