Nostr Web Client

Two things can simultaneously be true:

1) I want Nostr to succeed.

2) I don't love what it is today.

Thankful for all those continuing to work on Nostr and the broader ecosystem 🫂

I only criticize out of love and to be sure that people understand that there are actually tradeoffs with Nostr! We need dissenting opinions on here.

yeah idk why people were angry about the privacy bit when literally a week ago a bot was on here doxxing people’s IP addresses left and right.

it's about discrediting voices w large followings.. that new ppl get exposed most after joining

there's some that may have been misled by ppl not understanding, perhaps

but i dont remember 'nOstR mAxIs' claiming protected PRIVACY

i do remember ppl explaining it OFFERS AT LEAST A WAY to get more privacy

unlike twitter.

can literally also warn without discrediting

but that wouldn't give the same engagement or reach on twatter

silver lining, more ppl know hopefully are better aware
