I get that. lots of empty honeymoon energy and memes without some of the more important conversations. also people are just excited that there is an alternative to traditional censorship riddled platforms. I think Nakadai (I can't tag for some reason), has used this platform to talk about his banning on Twitter and shares covid data (take that how ya will 😂) that doesn't seem to hit mainstream news.
eventually gms and superfluous nonsense may dissappear, and normies may flood in, or people will get bored of gm gn, and maybe that will be a stress test. but I think it's just growing pains
