It’s simple, UBI Will be implemented alongside a social credit system (see China) where you will only qualify for assistance when your social credit score is “acceptable” and it’s the state who will define what behaviours are acceptable or not. If they say being critical of gvt policy is a demerit or if you are not up to date with your covid jabs that’s a demerit or disqualification for example, your voice and your body is now controlled by them. These are not entirely hypothetical examples by the way, most of what I highlighted above is either already being implemented in China or was tested during covid.
