They were fantastic. Sous vide for 48 hours. Fried in cast iron. Delicious.

How'd you cook the tongue? I've had one in my freezer for months now from the last side of beef I got and I'm wondering what to do with it

I sous vide it for 48 hours at 155. Pealed the skin and diced it. Then I fried it in beef tallow on cast iron. Turned out really good.
