and actually, drinking mainly milk reduced my farts, and a whole load of other issues i was having, due to kidney damage from artificial sweeteners and modified starch

there's a whole extra process that has come further with this, and one of the key things i have figured out is that soy, any form of soy, totally kills my health, causing all the every kind of issue

what i'm discovering is quite different
