Exactly. Helps remove the bile. I do wonder what Ken is talking about exactly 🤔

Fiber is good and necessary to help remove bile, which is your most toxic thing in your body

best "fibre" i ever experienced was lactose

and actually, drinking mainly milk reduced my farts, and a whole load of other issues i was having, due to kidney damage from artificial sweeteners and modified starch

there's a whole extra process that has come further with this, and one of the key things i have figured out is that soy, any form of soy, totally kills my health, causing all the every kind of issue

what i'm discovering is quite different

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed since trying carnivore. Both the frequency and amount of stool is a lot less. Is that the norm? Do you become more regular over time? Need more fat in my diet?

Hi Ken, I always found these facts interesting, but it's difficult to make other people understand or make them change their stance on these, do you have any book you recommend that describes/summarizes all these false myths in nutrition and that also explains them in simple terms as to why they are wrong?
