The urge to check twitter is diminishing with time.
Repclaced by the urge to check Nostr. It seems to me things move even faster here. Dont check half a day and you missed the plot completely(Updates, new Apps, features, zapfests and so on)

I think for us its a huge improvement but I do worry about losing the influence BT had on the gen pop.
BT helped me understand bitcoin, kept me from other coins, helped me find signal.
How will regular people do that unless they join nostr
I get the sentiment but also.. that's not how I would like to use my time and I'm not going to sacrifice myself to boost the influence of Bitcoin Twitter amongst the regs. I served my time doing that. Today I'm choosing to focus on friends, family, and the things I find important within bitcoin.
People who focus on outreach and have the skills to do that will continue to do so imo.
Anytime I log into Twitter now all I am doing is blocking fake accounts that follow me.
