I cant imagine any business wanting to use lightning for payments.
I struggle to zap people on nostr because most of the time no route can be found....even if you add the destination node as a peer. What shit is this?

Yeah lightning sucks, except when it doesn't.
I haven't tried to host a node yet, so I can't comment on that.
I never have any issue.
If every household (like they will in the future) housed a node. . . . .

You don't need to imagine, I am here. Own lightning node, happily accepting lightning as a payment for over a year.
not sure if lightning is trash or the software that runs lightning is trash.
I use RTL on BTCPAY Server and it's is terrible. Always giving me some type of error code.
I've use Wallet of Satoshi and doesn't give me errors.
On-chain is some amazing software but lightning sucks.
I don't like how lightning works. It's trash so far.
You can "pump" them with BCH now (alpha)
