If you are using Amethyst on GrapheneOS, and you are losing your mind every time you use the backspace key, Heliboard is a 100% offline keyboard with auto complete and it DOES NOT HAVE THE BACKSPACE BUG

I use a mainstream keyboard with network connection denied. Never had that bug

Do you mean the stock AOSP keyboard? How to you ratchet down permissions on it?

Long tap on the app icon. Go to App info. Remove Network permission.
