Don't get me wrong. I'm pro nut water. It's just one of those products that the add so many extra things to which are terrible for you. Oat is my goto as well when I feel like it but I avoid soy because of what it does to oestrogen.

DIY is the way to go.

i’d prefer a couple cows to be honest.

not quite enough land for a good life for them.

i would have yogurt growing 24/7
