stretch for injury prevention/healing and muscle elongation.

but if your running a sprint and want max performance , don’t stretch, just warm up slightly. strectching makes muscles less explosive immediately following the stretch

I stretch after working out. For warmup I do dynamic movements, similar to what’s going to happen during training 🫡

this is the way.

i don’t do shit anymore cuz im a work from home desk jockey and i feel great regardless. don’t work out, or stretch. i just try to eat semi heathily and not eat garbage.

but when i was an athlete, i was taught dynamic before performance, static stretching after performance. unless you are recovering from an injury, then its ok to stretch that specific area before performance.
