Where do I ask things about #Primal?
Mainly want to know how to manage mutes and blocks here and why a lot of my older event notifications dont show up. ^^
Other than that, Primal and #Snort are my gotos on Desktop. :)

I really like Snort so far.
Same. It's fantastic for browsing the global timeline - but UI wise, Primal is much nicer and great to use when linking posts to friends. It's threading view is also better.
But I see this as Nostr's strength; same protocol, different clients and looks! ^v^

Primal already respects NIP-51 mute lists. If you have a mute list defined, muted accounts shouldn't show up in your feeds. Primal doesn't currently expose any UI to create and manage the mute list, so that can be done in another nostr client, like listr.lol. We are planning to add UI for creating and managing mute lists in the coming weeks.
