Some people are saying apps on nostr are somewhat glitchy and need patience from the user.

But to me pretty much every official frontend of the big apps (twitter, insta, youtube, reddit, etc.) is *absolutely* unusable, for various reasons:

1) the hoops you need to jump through to setup an account in the first place (all that personal info).

2) fucking ads everywhere. You cannot just read/watch the content created by the people you follow. So much noise to filter out mentally.

3) the knowledge that *every* action I take is being tracked, catalogued, and used against me to maximise my artificial engagement with the app in a way I never wanted to use it.

Nostr is such a relief from all that. Let's keep it that way.
