Was that Rachel Mclish and Cory? And Bev Francis? Isn't it crazy how standards have shifted in 45 years? A good friend of mine recently did a natural figure show at 40, she probably could hang with them if she had a time machine.

Crazy right? Arnold jumped back in with just 8 weeks of prep and still snagged the Sandow 😅 easily one of the most debated Olympias ever. I’ll drop a post soon with more on it.
