That's what I planned . Gonna eat between 12:00 PM and 7:00PM

That’s my schedule. Sometimes I push to 1pm.

Consider eating heavy protein for first meal vs anything carby. Eggs, veggies, avacado, breakfast meat is my go to

I am doing my best to cut eggs and milk out for other reasons. But taking the rest of the advice for sure

It’s all subjective. You’ll need to carve it in a way that works best for you.

IF is great bc it’s so versatile within the eating window.

I started it about 18 months after my 1st, dad bod is real 🤣

The intermittent fasting has worked for me before. It's all about staying dedicated. But I'm giving it my all this time.
