Man, saw these at Whole Foods last week. I was so intrigued that for some reason I was unsure if I should buy it, let alone cook and eat it. All I could do was take a picture 😄
It’s tasty.
Haha I remember including this veggie in my list of foods that (a) should take humans on a 🌀 journey, and (b) could likely have come from 👾🛸
