Yes, holy shit, living through a Narcissist/Sociopath/Psychopath life-line is huge, and mind-bending and having gone thru it at my best as a young person NOBODY prepares you for it.

I won’t offer rando advice. But having dealt with this early, means you’re fucking armored up for literally everything that could be thrown at you by all and every other people.

Armor isn’t comfortable or lovable, but its necessary, and let’s admit it…in the right hands, it’s intimate to conquer.

On that topic, Whitney Webb's lat podcast (The False Self) was amazing. It doesn't seem to be available for nonsubscribers yet though.
