IT IS EXCLUSIVELY AN ARTEFECT OF BEING RANDOMLY-SELECTED FOR A BOOST, BY SOMEONE WITH THOUSANDS OF FOLLOWERS. THERE IS A HANDFUL OF NPUBS EXCLUSIVELY DEFINING EVERYONE'S FEED.

Yes, but they also have a lot of real ones. Just that the percentage fake is higher.
