Nostrgram’s option of restoring the follow list is 🔥 — just click that calendar icon next to your avatar and press 🔄 next to the proper number of followers.

I had an issue with it once as well - when I first lost my follows it didn’t have my history of follows saved, but to be honest I didn’t open it for a while up until then.
Restored follows a couple of times after, works just fine.
Wonder what’s going on here. Saw a few people complain about this.
