I’m beginning to process how good it feels to be back in a gym. After spending most of my twenties dealing with the effects of an old injury and residual pain, this is a profound moment and it’s really just starting to hit me 😳🥹💜💪

Thanks brother 🫂 it sure does feel that way

It was initially a minor stretching injury, but coupled with a lot of stressors ended up impacting a lot more. Healing is, well, it’s very healing 💜
