I've used Vital Proteins and Anthony's Collagen Peptide Powder and had good results like thicker nails and reduced in joint pain. I have my wife's attention but she's yet to try it.

Recently I switched to Heart and Soil's protein powder, which has three ingredients: whey concentrate, collagen, and collostrum.

My understanding is that Vital and Anthony use bovine hide (Types I & 3 collagen) while Heart uses bovine trachea and scapula (Types I-VI, Types IX-XI).

It'll be an experiment. Will I notice any differences between taking 10-20g of hide collagen versus ~2g of trachae/scapula collagen daily? 🤔
