Yup. I have a “hot take” that it’s not worth buying a house rn and you should just rent. Leave stuff that needs to be done up the landlord. Pay the bills and focus and making more money rn to stack sats.

I’m moving country. Moving to Malta.
It’s cheaper to rent a penthouse in the capital than to rent a studio/singe apartment in Cavan. Can’t live at home and can’t live with friends as I drive everyone mad.
Need some space and I can work in Malta. I’m an optometrist, it’s English speaking and the rest flows from there (Mediterranean etc.)
