Why is this the best Elk Sausage ever?

Is it because it is made with amazing Elk from Tim Love's ranch in west Texas? Nope.

Is it because it was formulated by famous chef Tim Love and cooked by his people at Love Bodega Catering? Nope.

Is it the amazing bee hive cheddar in it? Nope.

That is all great but this sausage has something super special going on. It is left over from a TSP workshop and hence I present to you, tax deductible sausage.

It isn't how much you earn it is how much you keep. I saved a bit of this since fall to eat in celebration of Tax Day, 2023.
