1. hate everyone -> eat

2. everyone hates you -> sleep

3. hating yourself -> shower

4. overwhelmed -> write journal

5. stuck in the past -> plan ahead

6. anxious about the future -> focus on the now

7. restless -> go for a long walk

8. feel like giving up -> remember your accomplishments
