Amethyst is affected by that, too unfortunately. It really seems to be an unsolvable mystery with this goddamn keyboard. You can get rid of that by disabling "show correct suggestions".

BTW The awkward keyboard bug (sentences starting with a lower letter; using backspace leads to awkward space removal between previous words) is still there. primal is the only app that is causing this issue. This is with Android Keyboard (AOSP).
