Thank you for your input. I do get bizarre vibes from their support. Something like, "Hey, sorry, your miner XYZ needs repair; please pay $250$ for the repair or $300$ and provide a shipping address to send the broken miner to." Then I go check on Braiins just to see that the miner by that ID is hashing just fine. In the most benign case, they are not on top of their game. In the period of the last 12 months only half my miners were having, the rest curtailed, broken, or worse.
