I didn't check Open Bitcoin Wallet because it's no longer maintained.
I didn't check Green Wallet because it includes trackers.
Unstoppable Wallet seems to be the only one that can see my taproot money.
Anyone have any others that are good enough to make it into FDroid?

This is why I prefer apps that made it into F-Droid. If I was installing directly off their GitHub release page, I'd never know about things like this.
green is a very sketchy wallet - you are offered options to use your own node, but I have thus far failed to log into a wallet without giving permission for the app to contact certain blockstream servers.
One of them was "jadepin" blockstream com which it seems is a required connection if you want to go past the pin step
