I have a chronic R hip flexor tightness that def affects the knee. I really should do that stretch I wonder if it’s too deep. I also hear about strengthening the flexors is also maybe more important. Probably should do both but it’s not a horrible hindrance on my life to do it regularly

For strengthening, low cable pull ins and garhammer raises are great 🤙
