Iโ€™ve been working the Couch Stretch for almost 2 years now consistently and itโ€™s had multiple first and second order benefits on pains and gym performance

If you sit a lot, or want to run faster, consider incorporating this stretch into your workout routine

Yeah, I like this one.

It also helps expose and address imbalances.

My right hip flexor still is tighter than my left ๐Ÿ˜…

I have a chronic R hip flexor tightness that def affects the knee. I really should do that stretch I wonder if itโ€™s too deep. I also hear about strengthening the flexors is also maybe more important. Probably should do both but itโ€™s not a horrible hindrance on my life to do it regularly

As the picture shows, you can regress the stretch to the level that works best for you.

For strengthening, low cable pull ins and garhammer raises are great ๐Ÿค™

Oooo, yeah thatโ€™s what I needed.

Yeah that would snap my leg off. ๐Ÿ˜‚

All about regressing to what works for you ๐Ÿ™

Going to give it a shot. I have some crazy imbalances and my hamstring tightness causes lower back pain. A lifetime of contact sports, some time in the army, ultramarathons, and jiujitsu has caught up to me.

I would highly recommend you look into ATG and KneesOverToesGuy

Will do
