All my heuristics tell me we are surrounded by good people, including all the recognizable names I've seen you mention, but I understand and believe what you are describing occurs because I've experienced something similar. I don't know but to say that to be the best you is all you can do, listen to those who have been through suffering beyond what has happened to you, and imagine there are two who say nothing for each who do.
