Just seeing this. For some reason I didn’t see the tag. I like to grind fresh before every brew using a 1:16 coffee/water ratio. Let me know if you have any further questions!

Okay so if i want a normal 12 ounce cup of joe:

12oz x 28mL/oz x 1g/ml(density of water) = 336g of water ÷ 16 = 21g coffee?

Although I see you’re using an aero press, which I don’t believe can brew 12oz, but you could do a concentrated brew, then dilute with hot water to get the full beverage weight/volume you’re looking for.

Yeah I basically make Americanos with it
